We are pleased to announce that Associate Halle P. Gray has been selected to the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Ladder Down Class of 2024. Ladder Down is a year-long program dedicated to leadership empowerment, business development, and mentoring - each of which is critical for women lawyers to better position themselves. Ms. Gray was selected as one of 24 women in the United States to participate in this program. When Ms. Gray was asked why she was looking forward to participating in the program, she commented, “I look forward to meeting women from across the United States to enhance my business development skills and further my future success in the legal field. I am very fortunate and grateful to have been selected for this program.” Congratulations to Halle!
